The Clipboard mobile app lets you access your workplace's core Clipboard features on your phone. This guide provides an overview of each section available in the app.

Downloading the App
Download the Clipboard Workplace app using the links below, or scan the QR code with your phone's camera. If you are reading this on a mobile device, tap the QR code or link directly.
Schedule
The Schedule page is where you manage your workplace's shift calendar. From here you can:
- View shifts organized by day (AM, PM, NOC columns) or by month
- Post new shifts for specific worker types (CNA, LVN, RN, etc.)
- Open a shift's details side panel to view fill progress, edit times, or remove the shift
- Use Add multiple shifts (Monthly View) to bulk-post shifts across several days

Live Worker ETA
The Live Worker ETA page displays a map showing the estimated time of arrival for workers with upcoming shifts at your workplace. Use this to track when a worker is on their way.
My Professionals
The My Professionals page displays a list of workers who have booked shifts at your workplace. The page includes two tabs:
- Past Professionals — workers who have previously completed shifts
- Upcoming Professionals — workers with upcoming booked shifts
From this page, you can:
- Search for a specific worker by name
- Filter by All, Starred (favorites), or Blocked workers
- Filter by license type
- Open a worker's profile to view their shift history, rating, and documents
- Chat with a worker, view their documents, or access more actions from the worker row
Chat
The Chat page allows you to message workers who have booked or recently completed shifts at your workplace. Use it to coordinate shift details, send time-change proposals, or communicate directly.
Chat conversations are organized with filters:
- All — all conversations
- Flex — marketplace shift-related conversations
- Hiring — permanent hiring conversations
- Starred — conversations with starred workers
- Unread — conversations with unread messages
Billing
The Billing section in the navigation menu includes:
- Upcoming Charges — view pending charges for booked and completed shifts, with the option to dispute individual charges
- Invoice History — view past invoices, pay invoices, and submit disputes
- Contract Terms — review your workplace's billing terms, cancellation windows, and charge rates
- Reporting — access billing and shift reports

Management
The Management section in the navigation menu provides account administration tools:
- My Account — view and edit your workplace's profile information
- Team Members — manage users on your workplace account and their roles (Admin, Staffing Coordinator, Supervisor)
- Workplace Requirements — configure document requirements and workplace-specific settings that workers must meet before booking
- Settings — adjust workplace preferences and operational settings
Additional Features
- Charting — access charting tools for shift documentation
- Workplace Rules Quiz — manage quizzes that workers complete before their first shift at your workplace
- Browse Professionals — search for workers available in your area
