Logging into the Clipboard Portal
- Go to the Clipboard web portal
- Enter your registered work email address
- Select Get Sign-in Link
- Check your email for the sign-in link and select it to log in

Workplace Rules Information
This section lets you add information workers should know before booking a shift at your workplace, including COVID status if you choose to share it. This section is only available to users with the Admin or Staffing Coordinator role.
- Select Workplace Rules from the left panel
- Add or edit text in the available fields under Share Rules and Expectations
- Select Save
If toggled on, this information generates a quiz that workers must pass before booking a shift at your workplace. See Workplace Rules Quizzes for more details.
Workplace Settings
This section lets you manage your workplace's time-clock settings, including how workers clock in and out and maximum hours restrictions. This section is only available to users with the Admin role.
- Navigate to the Management section in the left menu
- Select Settings
- Select the tab for the settings you want to manage
- Toggle settings on or off as needed
