Logging In With Sign-in Link
- Enter your email address and password.
- Tap the Get Sign-in Link button to proceed.
- Open the email from Clipboard.

Tap Log In to access your account.
Logging In With Email and Password
- Select Sign in with email & password to proceed to login.

Enter your email address and password.
NOTE: If you haven't set a password yet or don't remember it, tap the Forgot your password? button to reset it. -
Tap Sign In to access your account.
Posting Shifts
- Locate the date and shift time slot where coverage is needed.
- Tap the Plus (+) button under the required worker type.
- Set the number of shifts needed.
- Select Post to publish the shift to the marketplace
Posting Shifts for a New Worker Type
- Locate the date and shift time slot where coverage is needed.
- Tap the + Post a new shift type button.
- Choose the worker type needed.
- Set the number of shifts needed.
- Select Post to publish the shift to the marketplace
Sending a Shift Invite
- Locate the date and shift time slot where coverage is needed.
- Tap the Plus (+) button under the required worker type.
- Select the Invite option.
- Search for the worker by name or select them from your recent professionals.

Use the pencil icon to adjust the shift hours or increase the charge rate.
NOTE: You must be an Admin or Staffing Coordinator with Can edit shift rate permissions to increase the charge rate. - Leave the If not accepted, post as open shift box selected to automatically publish the shift to the marketplace if the invite is declined or expires. Untick the checkbox if you do not want an open shift.
- Tap Send Invite.
Increasing the Charge Rate for an Unbooked Shift
- Locate the shift by date and time slot.
- Tap the shift to open the details panel.

Use the pencil icon next to the charge rate to adjust it.
NOTE: You must be an Admin or Staffing Coordinator with Can edit shift rate permissions to increase the charge rate. - Tap the Plus (+) or Minus (-) button to change the charge rate.
- Select Save to confirm the changes.
Deleting Open Shifts
NOTE: You must be an Admin or Staffing Coordinator with Can cancel shifts permissions to delete unbooked shifts.
- Navigate to the date and time slot of the shift you want to remove.
- Select the open shift you want to remove.
- Tap Remove Shift at the bottom of the shift details panel.
- In the confirmation window, review the shift details to confirm you are removing the correct unfilled shift.
- Tap Remove shift to confirm.
Editing Times for an Open Shift
- Navigate to the date and time slot of the shift you want to remove.
- Select the open shift you want to edit.
- Tap the pencil icon next to the scheduled hours.
- Adjust the start and end time as needed.
- Tap Save to confirm the changes.
Viewing Shift Details
- Navigate to the date and time slot of the shift you want to remove.
- Tap on the shift card to view the details.
- Select the arrow next to the fill status card to see more details.
- Tap the Shift Logs button at the bottom of the panel to see changes made to the shift.
Chatting with a Worker
- Navigate to the shift date for the worker you want to contact.
- Tap on the shift card to open the details panel.
- Select the Chat button to message the worker.
- Type the message and tap the Send button
Viewing Worker Documents
- Navigate to the shift date for the worker you want to review.
- Tap on the shift card to open the details panel.
- Select View next to Documents to review the worker’s documents.
- A Documents tab will open up.
- Select the document you want to review.
