When your ETA is after the shift's start time, the Clipboard app will send a time-sensitive notification to confirm your attendance and provide an updated ETA to the facility through the app.
- If you do not confirm your attendance and the app does not detect your movement toward the facility, your shift will automatically become available for other professionals to book.
- If another professional books this shift, you will be notified, and the shift will be removed from your calendar.
- If you do not respond to this notification or cancel the shift before its start time, you may be marked as a no show, and have points deducted from your Attendance Score.
- If you accidentally clear the notification, simply open the Clipboard Health app > tap My Shifts > select your upcoming shift > Confirm or Cancel your Shift following the instructions below.
