Clipboard rewards allow you to earn additional payments for completing promotions available through the Clipboard Health mobile app. Eligible promotions will offer a financial incentive for completing a described action, such as working a certain number of shifts, within the promotional period.

How do I see my eligible promotions?

View your eligible promotions along with eligibility requirements, payout details, expiration date and more through the Clipboard Health app.

When will I get paid for completing a promotion?

Just like your payments for working a shift, promotional payments will be paid out to your Stripe account upon shift verification.
- If you have auto-withdraw enabled, you will see a $2.99 deduction from your balance to enable the automatic withdrawal.
- If you do not have auto-withdraw enabled, the full amount will transferred to your bank account upon manually initiating your transfer.
If you have completed your promotion and do not see a payment on your Stripe account, please send our support team a message and include a screenshot of the promotion.

How can I view my promotional payments?

You can see an itemized list of your past earnings, including past promotional payments through the Earnings tab in the Clipboard Health mobile app.
- Select My Account > Earnings
- Select "lifetime earnings"
Note: Search for the line-items titled "promotion payment".

Why don't I see a promotion on my account?

If you don't see any promotions listed upon checking My Account > My Promotions, this means your eligible promotions have expired or you are not eligible for any promotions at this time.
- Our customer support team cannot add a promotion onto your account.
- Please check your email along with the My Promotions page later, as you may be eligible for promotions in the future.

Can I claim multiple promotions at once?

Yes, promotions that are based on the same action (such as working shifts) can be stacked! This means that if you have multiple promotions simultaneously offering a promotional payment for working a certain amount of shifts within any given period, each shift worked will count towards both promotions if they overlap.
For example: Let's say the My Promotions tab indicates you are eligible for the following promos...
- Promo 1: Earn $100 for working your first 5 shifts within the next 2 weeks.
- Promo 2: Earn $150 for working 15 shifts between October 1st-30th.
If you worked 15 shifts between October 1st-30th (Promo 2), and 5 of those occurred within the 2-week window from Promo 1, you will be eligible to receive a payout for both promos.

How do I confirm if a shift is eligible under a promotion?

When you have an eligible promotion on your account, your calendar in the mobile app (Shifts tab) will show a small green dot on the days that qualify towards that promotion. Working a shift on that day will apply towards the eligible promotion.
