Facility Rules AI information
This section is where you can add helpful information for professionals to know before working a shift at your facility, including COVID status if you choose to share. This section is only available to users with Administrator and Staffing Coordinator roles.
From the Clipboard Health desktop app:
- Select Facility Rules AI section from the left side panel.
- Add/edit any text in the fields and hit save.
If toggled on, this info will be generated into a quiz that professional's are required to pass before booking a shift at your facility. See more on this here.
Facility Settings
This section is where you can manage your facilities time-clock settings, including how workers clock in/out and maximum hours restrictions. This section is only available to users with Administrator roles.
From the Clipboard Health desktop app:
- Select Management from the left menu bar
- Select Settings
- Toggle on or off the settings to your preferences
