When and how does Clipboard Health send my invoices?

You will receive your pay period's (Sunday-Saturday) invoice via email on the Monday following your pay period.
- All users on your account with the "Billing Manager" permission will receive a copy of your invoice.
- Your invoice will reflect filled shifts and late cancellations from the previous pay period.
- For shifts that are verified late, you will receive an off-cycle invoice that includes your late verified shifts from the previous month.

How do I pay my invoices?

What happens if I fail to pay an invoice on time?

Late payments may result in your account being placed on a pending or suspended status. When this occurs, you will need to pay any outstanding balances in full in order to reinstate your account status as active.
- Pending accounts cannot fill existing shifts, but any shifts that are already filled with not be affected.
- Suspended accounts cannot fill existing shifts, or post new ones. Any shifts that are over 72 hours past your suspension date will be removed from your calendar. (Eg. If you are suspended on Monday, October 3rd at 9:30PM, any shifts after 9:30PM on Thursday, October 6 will be removed from your calendar).

How do I preview an upcoming invoice?

As shifts are worked, they will populate in your "Upcoming Charges" within the Clipboard Health web portal. We recommend reviewing your Upcoming Charges a couple of times each week to stay up-to-date. Learn how to preview an upcoming invoice here.

How do I dispute an invoice?

While our invoicing system is designed to help reduce the chance of receiving an inaccurate invoice, our facility users have access to in-app tools to help ensure that billing disputes are easy to resolve if they occur. Learn how to dispute an invoice here.

Will I be billed for a canceled shift?

Cancellations that occur within 24 hours (or less) of the shift's scheduled start-time will be charged according to the fees described within our cancellation rules. Learn more about our cancellation rules here.

Will I be billed for sending a worker home?
