You can now view a professional's contact information via the Workers page in the Clipboard Health web app.

If you need to contact a professional, you can find their phone number in their profile on the Workers page. Alternatively, you can send a message via the app using Facility Chat.
How to view a professional's phone number
This feature is currently only available using the web app.
- Select Workers in the menu on the left.
- Click on the professional's profile.
How to send a message
Our Facility Chat feature allows you to get in touch with a professional directly through the Clipboard Health mobile/web app for up to 30 days after they booked a shift at your facility.

To send a message from the Chat window:
- Open the Facility app on your phone (Must have Admin, Supervisor, or Shift Management role)
- Select Chat from the bottom menu
- Locate and tap the professional's name to open their channel
- Type your message and tap the arrow to send
Alternatively, you can message a professional from the Workers page in the mobile-app.
- Open the Workers page from the bottom menu
- Locate the professional from your Upcoming, In Progress, or Past shifts.
- Tap Message

- Log into the Clipboard Health admin portal (Must have Admin, Supervisor, or Shift Management role)
- Select "Chat" (left panel)
- Locate the professional's name to open their "channel"
Alternatively, you can message a professional from the Workers page in the desktop-app.
- Open the Workers page from the menu
- Locate the professional from your Upcoming, In Progress, or Past shifts.
- Select Message
