How to send a message
Live-chat for mobile phones
- Open the Facility app on your phone (Must have Admin or Shift Management role)
- Select "Chat" (bottom-center)
- Locate and tap Healthcare Professional's name to open their "channel"
- Type your message and tap the arrow to "send"
Live-chat for desktop
- Log into the Clipboard Health admin portal (Must have Admin or Shift Management role)
- Select "Chat" (left-hand panel)
- Locate the healthcare professional's name to open their "channel"
