Select facilities now allow you to clock in and out of your shift or lunch break by using Clipboard near-field communication (NFC) tags. This will improve the accuracy of your times and the speed of your pay.

How to use the Clipboard NFC tag
- Locate the Clipboard Health NFC tag poster. At most facilities, this will be right by the sign-in desk. If you can't find it, please ask for the facility administrator.
- Open the Clipboard Health app on your phone.
- Select the shift you are clocking into, and tap "Clock In." The screen will prompt you to read the NFC tag.
- Hold your mobile device near the NFC tag.
Repeat these steps to record your breaks and clock out of your shift at the end of the day.
If you are experiencing issues, please read our troubleshooting guide.
How to request a digital signature
At the end of your shift, you'll request a digital signature instead of submitting a paper timesheet. For more instructions on how to do this, please see this guide.
