All facilities have the ability to check a professional's arrival status with the Worker ETA feature in the web or mobile app. A professional’s ETA will become available no sooner than 1 hour prior to the shift start time.
Note: To prevent being understaffed on short notice, some facilities prefer to contact the professional to arrange a late arrival.
Reporting a No Show
If a professional is late to your shift, your facility can process a No Show via the web or mobile app as soon as the shift begins or the professional enters your facility's geofence, whichever occurs first, and you will have the option to request a replacement professional at no additional charge.
If a professional's ETA is more than 30 minutes late, you can contact Clipboard Health to cancel the shift free of charge.

To No Show the professional via the web:

- Locate the shift in your calendar view.
- On the mobile application tap the shift card to open it
- Click on the area where it says ‘Is Name working this shift?’
- Select 'No Show' and click Next
- In the form for the no show:
- Add the details of the No Show event in the text box provided.
- Confirm accuracy of the no show information and penalties to the professional by ticking the box
- If you would like a replacement worker, tick the second box.
- A replacement work can be requested within the first 2 hours of a shift

- Click No show to finalize the process.
- If a replacement worker was requested, an Urgent shift will be posted immediately

To No Show the professional via the Mobile App:

- Tap on the shift in your calendar view.
- Click on the area where it says ‘Is Name working this shift?’
- Select 'Name has not shown up to the shift yet' and click Next
- In the form for the no show:
- Add the details of the No Show event in the text box provided.
- Confirm accuracy of the no show information and penalties to the professional by ticking the box
- If you would like a replacement worker, tick the second box.
- A replacement work can be requested within the first 2 hours of a shift

Reversing a No Show
If the professional who booked your shift arrives after you reported a No Show, and you would like them to complete the shift after all, please contact our support team to add them back to the shift.
