If you have been suspended or deactivated, it means one of the following events has occurred:
- Your Attendance Score dropped to 0 or below.
- Your account was placed under review and the outcome of the review resulted in suspension or deactivation. [Link to Why was I paused?]
You will be notified via email whenever an event occurs that results in your account's suspension or deactivation. Continue reading to learn what happens when you are suspended or deactivated.
Suspensions
Suspensions remove your ability to work or book new shifts for 1 week.
- Any future shifts you had booked are automatically cancelled, though you must continue working a shift that has already begun.
- Your account will be automatically reinstated after 1 week.
Deactivation
Deactivations may occur due to your cancellation record or other shift-related history. Deactivation removes you from our platform and prevents you from returning altogether.
- Your booked shifts are automatically cancelled.
- Your account will not be reinstated thereafter.
