This article explains how to report a safety concern or incident involving a worker who booked a shift at your workplace through the Clipboard marketplace.
About Safety Reporting
The Clipboard Trust & Safety team reviews all reported incidents to help maintain high safety standards across the marketplace. When you report an incident, a Trust & Safety team member will contact you and conduct a formal investigation in accordance with the Clipboard Terms of Service.
Reporting by Phone
Call the Trust & Safety line at (408) 837-0116 and select Option 3. The line is available Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
Reporting via the Incident Form
You can also submit a report using the online Incident Reporting Form. The form takes approximately one minute to complete and is sent directly to the Trust & Safety team for investigation.
- Open the Incident Reporting Form.
- Complete all required fields, including the date, shift details, and a description of the incident.
- Select Submit.
Note: Include as much detail as possible — shift date, worker name, time of incident, and any supporting documentation — to help the Trust & Safety team investigate promptly.
What Happens After You Report
After you submit a report, the Trust & Safety team will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your report.
- Contact you to gather additional details if needed.
- Review the incident in accordance with the Clipboard Terms of Service.
- Communicate the outcome and any actions taken.
