If a healthcare worker is conducting themselves in a manner that doesn't meet your facility's expectations of professional etiquette, clinical training, bedside manner, or attendance/timeliness - you may consider putting the worker on your facility's Do-No-Return (DNR) list.
Do NOT use the DNR feature to report a workplace incident. If an incident has occurred, where an event, condition, action, or inaction from the worker results in the immediate or future harm or risk of harm to an individual - please reference our Incident Management article instead.
Note: Putting a worker on your DNR list may lead to the worker's removal of the Clipboard Health platform, please take careful consideration when requesting to place a worker on your DNR list.

Step 3: Select the date associated with the worker's shift and scroll down below the calendar to view the date's shift. Tap the blue arrow for the shift you want to view.
Step 4: Select "Message worker". This will pull up your chat history with the worker along with their shift's rating cards as illustrated in the next step.
Step 5: Tap "How would you rate their performance?"
Step 6: Fill out the rating card and check the box next to "Block this worker from booking future shifts at your facility", then hit Submit to complete your review.
