If your facility does not want to match again with a specific healthcare professional for future shifts, you can consider blocking the healthcare professional by putting them on your facility’s Do-Not-Return (DNR) list. You may DNR a healthcare professional for shift cancellations late arrivals/early departures, safety or narcotics-related issues, or other violations of your facility’s rules or policies.
For any safety or narcotics-related DNR, you should also report the relevant incident to Clipboard Health’s Trust and Safety Department. Learn more about Incident Reporting here.

How to add a healthcare professional to your facility’s DNR list:
Step 1: Open our mobile Facility app on your phone (Must have Admin or Shift Management role)
Step 2: Select Shifts to open your calendar (bottom-left)
Step 3: Select the date associated with the healthcare professional's shift and scroll down below the calendar to view the date's shift. Tap the blue arrow for the shift you want to view.
Step 4: Select "Message worker". This will pull up your chat history with the worker along with their shift's rating cards as illustrated in the next step.
Step 5: Tap "How would you rate their performance?"
Step 6: Fill out the rating card and check the box next to "Block this worker from booking future shifts at your facility", then hit Submit to complete your review.
