Our referral payments are automatically processed. In order to receive a referral payment, both parties must activate and link your Stripe accounts to your Clipboard Health account.
Sign-up referrals are paid shortly after sign-up - as long as sign-up is complete with an approved license in the Clipboard Health app.
If you referred someone, but haven’t received your referral payment
For a Sign-up referral:
- Confirm that your referred worker completed the Clipboard Health sign-up and that their license is approved in the app.
- Check that your Stripe account is activated and linked to your Clipboard Health account.
- Confirm that your referred worker applied your referral code.
- If you meet the above criteria but still have not received your referral payment, please contact our support team. Be sure to check your notifications and your payroll to confirm if the payment was sent.
For an Activation referral:

- Make sure that your Stripe account is activated and linked to your Clipboard Health account.
- Confirm that your referred worker entered the referral code.
- If you meet the criteria above but still have not received your referral payment, please contact our support team. Be sure to check your notifications and your payroll to confirm if the payment was sent.
