Our referral payments are automatically processed within 24-48 hours after a referred worker's first shift has been verified - as long as the referred worker applied their referral code before working their shift.
If you referred someone, but haven’t received your referral payment:
- Confirm that your referred worker applied your referral code before they worked their first shift.
- Allow 24-48 hours for your contact's first shift to be verified.
- If you meet the criteria for #1 and #2, but still have not received your referral payment, please contact our support team.
