There are various payment options that determine how you will receive your payments. This article covers how to configure your settings in order to receive instant payments immediately after working a shift. To learn about all your payment options, see our article on Setting up your Earnings.
- Add a debit card or bank account on Stripe
- Enable Auto-withdraw
- Schedule instant withdrawals
- Enable Location Services
Note: This method requires a $2.99 processing fee per transfer. Please ensure you are using a bank that is supported for Instant Pay. You may find the qualifying list here.
Add your debit card or bank account on Stripe
This ensures your funds can be paid out to your personal account upon transfer.
- Open the Clipboard Health app.
- Select My Account (bottom-right).
- Select Earnings followed by "Take me to my Stripe account".
- Scroll down to "Payout details" and add a Debit card or Bank Account. Please note that prepaid debit cards are not accepted.
If you choose to add your bank account and want to make use of instant withdrawals, please ensure that it is on Stripe's "Supports Instant Payouts for its bank accounts" list. If your bank is not on this list, your bank account will not qualify for Instant Pay.
Enable Auto-withdraw
This ensures your funds are automatically transferred to your personal account after working your shift.
- Open the Clipboard Health app
- Select My Account (bottom-right)
- Select Earnings and scroll down to "Pay Settings"
- Enable "Stripe sends money to my account automatically"
Schedule instant withdrawals
After enabling "Auto-withdraw" in the step above, schedule your withdrawals to occur instantly to automatically transfer your funds to your personal bank account after working your shift.
- Select "Instantly withdraw" under your Pay settings
Enable Location Services
The InstantPay feature requires Location Services, and you will need to enable this in order to use the Clipboard Health app. Enabling Location Services also allows you to clock in/out of your shift and start/end your lunch within the app.
