Support is available around the clock, seven days a week.
Submitting a Support Request
If you prefer to send a written request, use the Clipboard Support Request Form. A specialist from the relevant support team will respond via email.
- Open the Clipboard Support Request Form.
- You can select the form option that best fits your question. This routes your request to the most relevant support team.
- Complete all required fields, and select Workplace if you are submitting on behalf of your workplace.
- Select Submit.
Tip: Providing detailed information (shift dates, worker names, screenshots) helps the support team resolve your request faster.
Browsing the Help Center
The Clipboard Help Center contains a library of self-service support articles covering common questions about scheduling, billing, account management, and more.
You can access the Help Center directly from the Clipboard web portal:
- In the left navigation menu, scroll to the Help Center section.
- Select Help Center.
From the Help Center page, you can:
- Call 24/7 support — tap to call 408-837-0116 directly
- Submit a request — opens the support request form
- Browse all articles — opens the full support article library
You can also select the Help button in the top navigation bar from any page to access the Help Center quickly.
