What is an authorized signatory and how do I add them to my account?

An authorized signatory is the designated person(s) at your facility who is responsible for verifying the hours worked by a professional that has been contracted through Clipboard Health. Every facility must designate at least one authorized signatory.

Adding an authorized signatory

1. Contact our support team
2. Provide the authorized signatory's name, position, and contact information.

Signatory's duties

After a professional has completed their shift, your authorized signatories will receive a link via email and/or text, asking them to:

1. Verify the hours worked.
2. Rate the professional.
3. Sign-off on the shift.
