With Clipboard Health, you can add as many users as you'd like at no cost! There are the user types we offer:

Supervisor role ๐งโโ ๐: For the on-call person who needs to know who is coming and when they will arrive.
- They can also post or cancel shifts if you want them to.
- Staffing coordinator role ๐๏ธ: For who manages the schedule.
- Billing manager role ๐ธ: For who handles invoicing.
- Administrator role ๐ถ๏ธ: For management.
And here are their permissions:

How to add users to Clipboard

- Open the Clipboard Health web app (desktop only)
- Select "Management" from the left menu bar
- Select "Team Members"
- Select "Add new member" on the top right of your screen
- Enter in your new userโs information
- Choose the role you want to assign to this user
- Click "Add team member" to save

- Open the Clipboard Health web app (desktop only)
- Select "Management" from the left menu bar
- Find the user you want to edit
- Click on "Edit Account"
- Make the edits you desire
Who can add or edit a userโs information
- Admins can add/edit any role
- Staffing Coordinators can add/edit:
- Supervisors
- Billing managers
- other Staffing Coordinators
- Billing Managers can add other billing managers
- The supervisor role can't add anyone
How to deactivate a user

If a user is no longer working at your facility, you should immediately remove them.
- Open the Clipboard Health web app and go to the Team Members page
- Click the โEdit accountโ option
- You will see the option to deactivate the user
Once you deactivate them, they can no longer access your facility's Clipboard Health account. Their account will now appear on the Deactivated tab list:
You can always reactivate them if needed by:
- Going to the deactivated tab on the Team Members page
- Click the โEdit accountโ option
- You will see the option to activate the user again
How to unlink a user
If a user is associated with multiple facilities, but no longer needs access to one or more of those facilities, unlink them by:
- Open the Clipboard Health web app and go to the Team Members page
- Click the "Edit account" option
- You will see the option to unlink the user
- You will be shown the facility the user will be unlinked from as well as the facility/facilities the user will maintain access to. You will be asked to confirm you are sure you want to unlink the user from the specified facility.
