Signing Into Your Account on Desktop

This article explains how to sign in to your Clipboard account using the desktop web app.

 

Signing In

  1. Go to the Clipboard web portal.
  2. Enter your registered work email address.
  3. Continue based on how your account was set up:
    • Registered passkey: You are prompted to authenticate with your passkey. If you select "Not now", you are directed to the next available sign-in option.
    • Usable password: You are routed to the password screen without an automated one-time passcode (OTP) email. Enter your password and sign in.
    • No usable password: Check your email for the 8-digit verification code, then enter it to sign in.
  4. You are taken to your "Schedule" page. 
  5. If your account is associated with multiple workplaces, use the dropdown menu at the top of the page to switch between them.
