You can change or update your payment information on Stripe at any time. It is important to ensure your payment info is up-to-date to ensure you can get paid for shifts you work on Clipboard Health!
How to change or update your payment information
- Open the Clipboard Health app.
- Tap My Account at the bottom-right of your screen.
- Tap Earnings at the top of the screen.
- Tap the Take me to my Stripe account button at the bottom of the screen.
- You will then be redirected to your Stripe account on a mobile browser and prompted to enter a verification code.
- Once you are logged in to Stripe, tap the menu icon at the top-left corner, and tap Settings
- Scroll down to Payout details section at the bottom of the page. You can add or update your payment information here!
Debit card versus bank account
In order to be instantly paid after your shift, you will need to use either a debit card or a bank that supports instant payouts. Please see here for more details regarding InstantPay and payment methods.
The following table outlines how quickly your funds will be available as well as associated fees depending on if you have a.) a debit card or bank that supports instant payouts, or b.) a bank that does not support instant payouts.

Note: These settings only impact how quickly your funds reach your bank account after a transfer has been initiated.
