How Location Services work with our app
We only use location information during these specific scenarios:
- Finding nearby facilities to book shifts within your desired range.
- Matching you with Urgent Shifts that are in your area.
- Clocking in/out, starting/ending your break through the app.
- Coordinating your attendance with a facility where you have booked a shift.

Enabling Location Services on Android

Go to Settings

Select Location

Select App access to Location

Select the Clipboard Health app

Select Allow all the time
Enabling Location Services on iOS

Go to Settings
-
Scroll down and select the Clipboard Health app

Select Location
-
Select Always (“Precise Location” remains enabled).
Location option not available (iOS)
Some iOS users may find that a "Location" option is not available when following the instructions above. Follow the steps below to address this issue.
- Open the Clipboard Health app
- Select Find Shifts (bottom-left)
- Select Map (upper-left)
- Tap the location arrow towards the bottom-left of the screen
- Select "Allow while using app"
- Exit the app and go to your phone's Settings
- Select the Clipboard Health app (you should now be able to see the "Location" option).
- Select Location.
- Select Always (Make sure “Precise Location” remains enabled).
