If you see a message on your account that says you are still missing documents and can't book shifts even though you're already enrolled, it means that a specific requirement is needed to be uploaded by the facility where you are trying to book shifts. If this happens, please upload the requirement and update your records by following these steps:
- Open the Clipboard Health app
- Go to My Account (bottom-right) and select "Documents"
- Scroll down to the "Missing" section and select your missing document
- Select the type of document you wish to upload (e.g. Personal ID), Upload the Document, and take a photo or attach a file to finish submitting your document.
- Use the “Miscellaneous” category if the type of document (e.g. Physical) that you wish to upload is unavailable.

Trouble uploading?
- If your document gets "stuck" while trying to upload or causes the page to freeze, please contact our support team.
- If your file is being rejected, please visit our article that explains why documents are rejected.
- If the Health care professional is encountering an app issue, is unable to access the app, is unable to upload a document, and needs to submit a document as requested by the facility as soon as possible, the worker can send it to onboarding@clipboardhealth.com.
