Who is Checkr?
Checkr is a service that performs criminal record checks. For more information about Checkr, visit their candidate help page. Completing an annual background check is required in order to sign-up for or continue using Clipboard Health's marketplace.
Requesting a background check
During the initial sign-up process, you will see the "Email me an invite" option which will send you a link to process your background check (See exclusions).
Checking the results
If you're having trouble locating the email invite in your inbox:

Search your inbox for the subject “Clipboard Health has asked Checkr to run your background check”

Check your spam folder
- Background Checks and Drug Test results are uploaded automatically. Workers can also view the result/s via the Documents section.
Requesting a new email link
You will need to request a new invitation link if you encounter any of the following:
- Your initial invitation link expired. (Links will be expired after 7 days.)
- Your last report is expiring soon (30 days or less).
- Your last report has already expired.
