Professionals can now take advantage of several new features surrounding facility-specific documents thanks to our new in-app document signing process!
What is changing?
Previously, certain facility-specific documents required you to click on an external link to sign. Now you’ll be able to review and sign certain documents directly in the app by clicking the “Sign Document” button. The majority of these documents will be automatically verified, allowing you to book shifts faster than ever.
This new process requires fewer steps and allows for easier booking.
Why do some documents get approved automatically and others do not?
Some documents now support auto-verification and will receive instant approval upon submission to allow you to book shifts faster than ever. If your document is not auto-verified, this means the document either does not support auto-verification at this time, or your document was not filled out correctly and is being sent to our team for review.
What does it mean for my document to be “under review”?
If your document shows “under review”, this means our support team is reviewing your document and will follow-up with you soon.
Why do I see my name and other information already filled out in the document?
In order to help save you time, some forms will now pre-populate with the information you have on file.
We verify documents by comparing these details against what we have on file (such as your name), so it’s important to avoid editing this pre-filled information, as any changes may lead to your document being rejected. If your name or other personal information has changed, please update it directly in the app, or reach out to us for assistance.
