Clipboard Health allows both professionals and workplaces to manage their Do Not Return (DNR) lists by adding or removing facilities or professionals as needed. Additionally, facilities can now prevent professionals who appear on multiple DNR lists from viewing their available shifts.
FAQs
1. Why can’t I see shifts for specific facilities?
Some facilities no longer allow professionals who are on multiple Do-Not-Return (DNR) lists to view their shifts. This could impact your ability to see available shifts at these facilities.
2. Can I find out why facilities have placed me on their DNR list?
Workplaces, like professionals, have the flexibility to make adjustments to their DNR lists at their discretion. In our effort to maintain user privacy, we're unable to disclose the reason for the DNR to either party. You can learn more here.
3. Can I dispute being placed on a DNR list?
Unfortunately, facilities have the discretion to place professionals on their DNR lists, and this decision cannot be disputed.
4. I received an email saying my shift visibility may be reduced. What does this mean?
The email was sent to inform you about a change in your shift visibility due to DNR limits in your area. It does not necessarily mean your visibility has been limited, just that it might be affected if you are on multiple DNR lists.
5. Why can’t I see a shift that a facility posted for me?
That facility may have a DNR Limit in place, which prevents you from seeing their shifts if you have been placed on the DNR list of multiple facilities. Not to worry, if the facility wants to book you for a specific shift they can send you a Shift Invite.
6. What are DNR Account Reviews?
During an account review, the DNR requests placed against your account are investigated. If a DNR was improperly entered by a facility as performance-related, it is identified and ignored when determining your account status. If enough of an account's DNRs are found to be unrelated to performance, shift visibility may increase.
Please note that a successful account review will not allow you to work at a facility that has added you to their DNR list.
7. I requested a DNR review. How can I check the status?
If you have already requested a DNR review, you should receive a response within 24 hours.
8. What does the error message “You cannot book this shift due to excessive DNRs” mean?
This error indicates that you are on multiple DNR lists, which restricts your ability to book certain shifts. You can request a DNR review by completing this form. If you have already done so, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
