Editing your clock-in/out or break times when in-app timesheet editing is disabled

Some facilities on Clipboard Health do not allow you to edit your timesheet in-app.

When you finish working a shift at a facility that disables in-app timesheet editing, you will not have the option to edit your clock in/out or break times in-app before submitting your timesheet, and you will be paid instantly based on when you tapped the clock in/out buttons during your shift. If instead you need to edit your clock in/out or break times for whatever reason, you will need to submit a compliant paper timesheet through the chat feature on the Clipboard Health App in order to get paid accurately. Please follow the directions below to do so. 

When you book shifts at a facility that disables in-app timesheet editing, we will send you an SMS and an in-app notification letting you know.

How to submit a paper timesheet

1. Print a Clipboard Health paper timesheet (download link below) or obtain one from the front desk at the facility. 
2. Fill out all of the fields on the timesheet and make sure that it is compliant. You can refer to this timesheet verification checklist to make sure your submission meets our criteria.
3. Get a signature from an employee at the facility. 
4. Take a picture of your signed timesheet. 
5. Navigate to the Help Center on the Clipboard Health mobile app (My Account > Help Center)
6. Click on Start a Chat.
7. Submit a message with text "I need to submit a paper timesheet for my shift at facility <facility name>" and attach the picture of your signed paper timesheet. 
8. A member of our support team will join the chat to assist you. 

Please note that processing additional payment(s) based on your submitted paper timesheet may take up to two business days.
