How to delete your account:
- Sign into your account on the mobile app,
- Navigate to “My Account”,
- Click on “Profile”,
- Click “Delete My Account” at the bottom of the page and confirm your deletion request
- We may ask you to verify your phone number in order to delete your account. We may not be able to respond to your request if we are unable to verify
When you close your account, your deleted status will be reflected immediately in our user databases and you may no longer be able to access your information. Please note that we may retain certain information to the extent required or permitted by law.
How to Restore a Deleted Account
Just click the log in link on the Sign Up page, and log in with your old credentials (phone and email).

If your account was in good standing before deletion (not Restricted or Deactivated)
- You should be prompted to restore your account after logging in. Some of your data will be gone, but information and documents that we must keep to help facilities comply with regulations should be restored.
- If you weren't restricted or deactivated and are having issues logging in, please contact our support team so we can help

If your account was Restricted when you deleted your account
- You will encounter an error when you try to restore your account.
- If your restriction period has ended (or you're not sure if it's ended or not), please contact support to help you restore your account.
- If your restriction period has not ended, you will not be able to restore your account until the restriction is lifted.

If your account was Deactivated (due to excessive DNRs, a major incident, or violation of Terms of Service) when you deleted your account
- You cannot restore your account.
Please note that any attempt to create a duplicate account is against our Terms of Service. All of your accounts will be deactivated permanently if a new account was made in order to get around a restriction or deactivation penalty
