If you are a professional and would like to delete your account and/or delete your record in our system, you may submit your request by:
- Signing into your account on the mobile app,
- Navigating to “My Account”,
- Clicking on “Profile”,
- Following the instructions to “Delete My Account” at the bottom of the page.
Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before we process your request. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to respond to your request if we are not able to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
When you close your account, your deactivated status will be reflected promptly in our user databases and you may no longer be able to access your information.
Please note that in some instances we may retain certain information to the extent required or permitted by law.
