You can customize the appearance of your facility's Shift Calendar to suit your needs. Arrange the order of the Professional Types at the top of the calendar so you can easily access and view the shifts you post the most. You shouldn't have to scroll for miles to find the right Shift Calendar for the professionals you need the most. To streamline your experience, you can set the order of Professional Types displayed in your Calendar Settings.

The ability to customize the Professional Type display list at the top of your Facility Calendar is only available through the web portal, however, any changes made to the calendar in the web portal will be displayed in the Workplace mobile app as well.
How to customize your Calendar
The ability to update the Calendar Settings is only available to Account Users with the Admin role and only Admin users can customize the order of the Professional Types in the Calendar. If your account does not have the Admin role, please ask a user who does have the Admin role to help change the calendar settings.
To change the order of the Professional Types displayed at the top of your Shift Calendar, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step-by-step Instructions:

Navigate to your Calendar Settings:

Click on the Calendar Settings cog icon
in the top right corner of the calendar
or -
Select Management followed by Settings in the side menu and then click Calendar Settings at the top of the Settings page.

Click on the Calendar Settings cog icon
- Use the arrows or drag and drop the Professional Type tiles to arrange them in your preferred order.
- Click the Submit button in the top right corner to save the changes to your Facility Calendar.
More Options
If you'd like to customize your calendar even more, you can contact our support team, and we'll help you set up your calendar to display only the Professional Types of your choosing. This means that only the Professional Types you choose will be shown in your shift calendar so that you can curate what type of shifts can be posted for your facility.
This option is not yet available in the web or mobile app, but if you contact our Support team and let them know you want to customize the Professional Types available in your facility calendar, they'll take care of it for you.
