Your Shift Attendance Rate is the average amount of shifts you've worked, out of the total number of shifts you booked through the Clipboard Health app. The percentage is calculated by looking at your attendance over the last 6 weeks. This means that a shift cancellation from 7 weeks ago will not be counted in your Shift Attendance Rate.
How Are Shifts Counted?
Shifts that you cancel or are a No Show for are counted as shifts that you have not arrived for. Any cancellations by the facility or shifts you are sent home from will not be counted as non-arrivals. All shifts that you book over the last six weeks will be counted in the total number of booked shifts.
Does Shift Attendance Rate Affect Your Attendance Score?
No, your Shift Attendance Rate is only a measurement showing the percentage of shifts attended. The Shift Attendance Rate will not change your Attendance Score. To find out more about how Attendance Score works, head here.
What Is The Shift Attendance Rate Used For?
The Shift Attendance Rate is displayed in your profile as part of the information facilities can view when you book one of their shifts.
As part of the Facility Referrals program, you have the option to share your specific profile when referring a new facility. This specific share method is only available to you if your Shift Attendance Rate is 70% or higher.
Note that you can still refer facilities if your shift Attendance Rate is less than 70%, you just can't use this specific share method of promoting your profile. To learn more about Facility Referrals head here.
How To Improve Your Shift Attendance Rate
You can improve your Shift Attendance Rate by making sure not to cancel your upcoming shifts. We recommend not booking shifts too far in advance to reduce the chance that you will need to cancel and only booking a shift if you are sure you will be able to attend.
