Share Your Unique Referral Link or Code

Share your unique Referral Link or send your Facility Referral Code to facilities that are not yet signed up for Clipboard Health.

Referred Facilities Get Benefits

Referred facilities will receive shift credits to be discounted from their invoice when they sign up with your Referral Link or Facility Referral Code.

Finding Your Referral Link and Facility Code

1. Open the Clipboard Health app.
2. Select the My Account tab.
3. Tap Refer & Earn.
4. Select Refer Facilities.

This page displays available referral bonus amounts, methods to refer a facility, as well as useful tips and information.

How to Refer a Facility

A facility is referred when they sign up for Clipboard Health with your Referral Link or Facility Referral Code and post their first shift. We have put together some useful tips to help you successfully refer facilities, which you can view here.

Share your Referral Link and Facility Referral Code with the available in-app options.

Share Your Referral Link

Tap the "Share Link" option on the Refer Facilities page to generate a QR code, that a facility can scan from their mobile phone or tablet's camera app. Scanning the QR code will prompt the facility to select your Referral Link and sign up. 

To share your Referral Link via SMS or email select the "Share" option.

If you'd like to share your Referral Link using a different method such as a Social Media platform, you can copy the link and paste it. 

Send Your Facility Referral Code

Your Facility Referral Code is different from the referral code used for referring other professionals. Make sure you use the Facility Referral Code in the Refer Facilities page. You can send this code to the facility directly or share it in a text, email, or via social media post. 

When signing up to Clipboard Health, the facility will be asked if they have a referral code they'd like to reference. The referred facility should enter your Facility Referral Code to make sure we know you referred them.

Share Your Profile

You can share your profile card with the facility to encourage them to start using the Clipboard Health marketplace and book you for their first shift. Your profile card will display the number of shifts you have completed, your average rating, your Shift Attendance Rate, and your Referral Link.

The option to share your profile is only available to users with a Shift Attendance rate of 70% or higher.

• The Shift Attendance Rate is the percentage of shifts canceled by you out of your total shifts booked.
• Shift Attendance Rate will only take into account the last six weeks.
