How it Works: Facility Referrals

Earn up to $1000 by referring a facility to sign up with and participate in the Clipboard Health marketplace. 

You'll earn a referral bonus when the facility's first shift is verified.

You will not receive a bonus for referring:

• facilities already using Clipboard Health
• Facilities part of corporations that already use Clipboard Health
• pharmacy services.

What does the facility get?

They'll receive shift credits for signing up through your referral link or using your referral code.

How can I refer?

1. Find your unique referral link in the Clipboard Health app under "My Account" > "Facility Affiliate Program
2. Share this link with facilities to earn your bonus.

You can also share your referral code. Look for referral-code= at the end of the link. Your unique code comes after that: e.g., if the link ends with referral-code=NataliE612, the referral code is NataliE612.

You can share your unique code directly with facilities and advise them to enter it when they sign up through our website. If they enter your code, you'll qualify for a bonus, and they'll qualify for shift credits.

When will I receive a bonus?

You get a bonus after the referred facility completes its first verified shift.  Referral bonuses are credited to your Stripe account.

If the facility posts and deletes their shift, this will not qualify for a bonus. We reserve the right to wait until the first shift has been verified to pay out the bonus. 

If the facility signs up through our website and does not use your code or if they reach out to Clipboard and ask us to create a profile for them, then:

• your referral will not qualify for a bonus.
• They will also not qualify for their shift credits.

So be sure to get the facility to sign up through your link/using your code. Doing so means you get your bonus, and the facility gets its shift credits. Win-win!

Where to track my referrals?

You can track your referrals in the Clipboard Health app under "Facility Affiliate Program" > "Affiliate Program Stats." 

A referral can have two statuses:

1. Pending:  Facilities that have not had a verified shift yet.
2. Successful: Facilities that have had a first shift verified.
