Our "Browse Workers" feature allows you to discover professionals in your area. You can use this tool to find and build your preferred team of professionals. Below, we'll guide you through using this feature effectively.
Locating the Browse Workers feature
Users with the Administrator or Staffing Coordinator role can access the "Browse Workers" feature via the "Workers" tab. Please note that this feature is currently available exclusively on our web platform. If you're unsure about your role or permissions, you can learn more about user roles and permissions here.
View profiles
The "Browse Workers" page displays the profiles of professionals in your area that use Clipboard Health's marketplace. Here, you can see information about these professionals, including reviews, ratings, and attendance rates. You can click on a professional's name to view their profile in more detail.
To search for a professional on the "Browse Workers" page, enter their name in the search page at the top of the page to search for their profile. Alternatively, you can click on the "Filter" option in the top left corner to refine your search and view specific types of professionals.
Key feature
Heart a professional: If you see a professional you'd like to book shifts regularly, click the heart icon next to their name. This action grants them early access to book shifts at your facility before other Clipboard Health users.
Note: when using the heart icon to like a professional's profile, that professional will get Priority Access to your facility's shifts, but this will not grant them access to your shifts if their account is restricted. To grant a professional on your Favorites list access to your shifts while their account is restricted, please rate the professional 4 or 5 stars.
Do Not Return (DNR) List: Should you wish to prevent a specific professional from picking up shifts at your facility, simply click the X icon next to their name. This action adds them to your facility's "Do Not Return" (DNR) list. Click here for more information on DNRs.
