We have introduced a facility review page, so leaving reviews and reading them is more informative to our users. You can rate and review a facility after your shift and provide helpful answers for other professionals using the platform. All facility reviews can be viewed on the facility's profile in the Clipboard Health app.
How do I leave a review?
After completing a shift, you'll be asked to leave the facility a rating. Tapping this prompt will take you to our updated review page, where you can leave your rating, write a review, and answer a few questions about the facility.

Please note: All reviews left prior to September 20th 2023 will be anonymous by default and not have any name associated with them.
If you leave a review after September 20th, you can choose whether to remain anonymous or not when posting your review.

How do I see facility reviews?
To see a facility's rating and reviews, navigate to the facility's profile by selecting a facility in the map or tapping a facility's name on a shift card. From the facility profile, you'll see their average rating and some answers to general questions from reviews. Tap the star rating for the facility at the top of the page or the "View more replies" option under reviews to navigate to the facility's review page.
How is this useful to me?
The reviews page contains information about a facility from professionals who have worked there before. If you’d like to know how the facility was for other professionals, the software the facility uses, where to park, or how many patients professionals are asked to care for, the reviews page may have information on this.
If you have a question that is not already answered, you can tap "Ask a question" to post a question that other professionals on Clipboard can see. We do not send these questions to the facility. If other users post questions and you know the answer, you can reply to their message by tapping the reply icon. To read replies, tap the blue text that states the number of replies. If you benefited from a review or question that another professional left you can like it.
Will the facility see my review?
No, the facility review page is only visible to professionals using the platform. We do not share reviews, questions, or any other information you share here with facilities. The review page lets you provide helpful information to other professionals who may book a shift at the facility.
Additionally, if you would like to remain anonymous when leaving your review, you can check the box that says "I want my review to be anonymous" and post anonymously.
You can also make your comment anonymous after posting by tapping the vertical dots on your comment.
