If you decide for any reason you would like to delete your Clipboard account, you can request to remove your account via the app. Please be aware that by deleting your account, you will no longer be able to access your Clipboard account, the Clipboard app, or the Clipboard online marketplace.
How to delete my account
To have your account removed, please submit a request by following these steps:
- Open the Clipboard Health app.
- Select My Account.
- Tap Profile.
- Select Delete My Account.
- Acknowledge and agree to the pop-up to submit your request.
Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive email confirmation once the account and related information has been deleted. Please be advised that this process can take up to 45 days.
There may be circumstances where we are unable to remove all your information. We will inform you via email if this is the case.
Why was my account deleted?
Clipboard only deletes accounts at the request of the account holder and does not delete accounts without first confirming a deletion request from the relevant user.
If you receive one of the errors listed below when trying to log into your account, this is an indication that we received a request to delete the account and confirmed its removal from our platform.
Errors:
- disabled by an administrator
- error 401
- not authorized
- email not found
For assistance reactivating your account after it has been deleted at your request, please contact our support team. Please be advised that the process to reactivate an account following account deletion can take up to 45 days.
