Add your references directly to the Clipboard Health app. Enter your reference details to add a reference, and send your reference a request to verify your details directly. Your reference will receive a link to a short two-question form to verify your request. Once this is verified with the form, your request is automatically listed in the Clipboard Health app.
How to add a Reference
- Select My Account> Documents> References
- Tap +Add Reference
- Enter the details of your reference and tap Request Reference.
- Share the request with your reference via text or email.
FAQs
Do I have to add a reference?
You will only be required to upload a reference if it appears under Missing in Documents, this means it's a requirement for your State. If References appears under Optional, you can pick up shifts without adding any references, though it may help facilities feel more confident if you do.
How do I know when my reference is verified?
You can check your references by going to My Account> Documents> References.
- A green tick next to your reference means it's already verified and listed.
- if you see a red ! next to your reference instead, your reference did not confirm the information given and should add another reference.
- A grey clock next to the reference means the request is still pending. You can tap Remind Reference to send them a reminder about your request.
