The "My Account" page lets you update your contact information, set notification preferences, and manage your access across multiple workplaces.
Editing Your Account Information
This is only available on Desktop.
- Open the Clipboard web app
- Navigate to the "Management" section on the left menu bar
- Choose "My Account"
- Click "Edit" next to "Personal Information"
- Update the information as needed
- Tap "Save" to finish.
Setting Notification Preferences
Notification settings appear in the bottom half of the "My Account" page.
- Open the Clipboard web app
- Navigate to the "Management" section on the left menu bar
- Choose "My Account"
- Update the notification preferences as needed
Each notification can be set to one of three states:
- On — you receive this notification in real time
- Off — you do not receive this notification
- Daily — you receive one notification per day, at a time you choose
Deactivating Your Account
- Open the Clipboard web app
- Navigate to the "Management" section on the left menu bar
- Choose "My Account"
- At the bottom of the page, select "Deactivate account" displayed in red text
Unlinking Your Account
Use this option if your account is associated with multiple workplaces and you no longer need access to one of them. Navigate to the workplace account you want to remove, then select Unlink at the bottom of the My Account page, to the right of Deactivate.
- Open the Clipboard web app
- Navigate to the workplace account you want to remove
- Choose "My Account" under the "Management" section on the left menu bar
- Navigate to the "Management" section on the left menu bar
- At the bottom of the page, select "Unlink from workplace"
