What's new?
The calendar in the My Schedule page is a convenient way to keep track of all of your shifts. Easily add shifts that you have booked on other platforms so that you can track all of your shifts in one place! This calendar helps limit the chance you ever overbook yourself or double book shifts.
How do I use the Calendar?
1. Log into the Clipboard Health mobile app .
2. Go to the My Schedule tab.
3. Tap the + icon on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
4. Type in the name of the facility.
5. Select the shift type (AM/PM/NOC).
6. Edit the shift start and end time.
7. Select which day(s) you are working this shift.
8. Select the X icon to add these shifts to your calendar.
Where do I find the shift details, clock in and cancel options for a shift that I have booked through the Clipboard Health app?
Go to the My Schedule tab and select the date of the shift. Select the shift to see the page that shows you the shift information, and the options to cancel the shift, update your ETA, clock in and chat the facility.
You will never need to clock in on the Clipboard Health app for a non-Clipboard Health shift.
Will my Attendance Score be affected if I cancel a non-Clipboard Health shift?
No. Your Attendance Score only applies to shifts that are booked via the Clipboard Health app.
What do the different icons mean?
The icons represent the shift type (AM/PM/NOC). The yellow icon represents an AM shift, the blue icon represents a PM shift and the black icon represents a NOC shift.
What does a red dot mean?
A red dot indicates that you have not been paid for the shift. When you tap on a shift with a red dot, you can learn more about the payment status.
Can I edit a non-Clipboard Health shift once I have added it to the calendar?
To edit a non-Clipboard Health shift, you have to delete the shift and then re-add the shift. You can delete the non-clipboard health shift by clicking on the day that the shift is scheduled for, and then tapping on the red trash icon. Once the shift is deleted, you can select the + icon to re-add this shift.
When I am looking for shifts in the Find Shifts page, how will I know if I have a non-Clipboard Health shift booked?
If you have a non-Clipboard Health shift booked, the shift type (AM/PM/NOC) will be highlighted in green.
