These steps will help you troubleshoot your issue if you are unable to log into your workplace account via the desktop or mobile app.

If you were unable to access your account after attempting to log in through our standard instructions, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Confirm you have the right app
You may have accidentally downloaded the worker app (“Clipboard Health” app), instead of the workplace app ("Clipboard Facility" app).

- Make sure your icon looks like the one on the left in the table above.
- If your icon does not look like this, delete the worker app from your phone* and download the “Clipboard Facility” app by clicking here on your mobile device.
*The Clipboard Facility app will not work if the worker app is also downloaded on your phone at the same time.
No verification email or verification link expired
If you are not receiving a verification email, or if your verification link expired, follow these steps below.
- Enter https://hcf.clipboard.health into your browser from your mobile device.
- Enter your email or phone number to receive a new verification link.
If you don't see a verification link in your inbox, check your email's spam folder. If it is not in your spam folder, this means your account likely has the wrong email address - please contact our support team.
Invalid password
To reset your password, please follow these steps:
- Click here to open the Clipboard Health app on your mobile device.
- Select Forgot password
- Check your email for a password reset link.

Browser issues
We recommend that you first attempt to use the Google Chrome browser if you are having issues logging in. See a video tutorial here.
- Enter your registered work email address
- Click the box that states, “Keep me logged in for 30 days”
- Click on the “Get Sign-in Link” button
- Check your email for the link and log in
Please contact our support team if you are still unable to log in.
Outlook email clients
If you are using Outlook, you may experience issues when trying to access your verification link. Please try the following to help ensure the verification link is opening within the Chrome browser.
Please follow these steps:
- Highlight the link in your Outlook email
- Copy the link (press CTRL+C or Command+C)
- Now, paste (CTRL+V or Command+V) in the Google Chrome browser
- Click enter to allow the link to enter into Google Chrome
