If you are unable to log in to your workplace account on the web portal or mobile app, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Mobile App Troubleshooting
Confirming You Have the Correct App
Make sure you have downloaded the Clipboard Workplace app (for workplaces), not the Clipboard app (for workers). The two apps have different icons:

Important: The Clipboard Workplace app will not work if the worker app is also installed on your phone at the same time. If you have the wrong app, delete it first, then download the correct one.
Download the Clipboard Workplace app:
Verification Email Not Received or Link Expired
If you are not receiving a verification email, or if your verification link has expired:
- Open https://clipboard.health/ in your mobile device's browser
- Enter your email address or phone number to receive a new verification link
- Check your email inbox for the verification link. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder
Tip: If the verification link is not in your inbox or spam folder, your account may have an incorrect email address on file. Contact the support team for assistance.
Resetting Your Password
To reset your password:
- Open the Clipboard Workplace app on your mobile device
- Select Forgot password
- Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions
Web Browser Troubleshooting
Recommended Browser
For the best experience, use Google Chrome to access the Clipboard web portal. If you are having issues with another browser, try switching to Chrome first.
Signing In via the Web Portal
- Go to the Clipboard web portal
- Enter your registered work email address
- Select Get Sign-in Link
- Check your email for the sign-in link and select it to log in
Outlook Email Client Issues
If you use Outlook, verification links may not open correctly when you select them directly from the email. To work around this:
- Highlight the sign-in link in your Outlook email
- Copy the link (Ctrl+C on Windows, Command+C on Mac)
- Open Google Chrome and paste the link into the address bar (Ctrl+V or Command+V)
- Press Enter to navigate to the link
Switching Between Multiple Workplaces
If your account is registered under multiple workplaces, you can switch between them using the account switcher in the top-right corner of the web portal. Select the dropdown next to your current workplace name to see all available workplaces.
