Clipboard Health offers professionals scheduling control by adding or removing facilities to their Do Not Return (DNR) lists upon request.
Before submitting a DNR request, please review our incident reporting process and fill out our incident report form, if appropriate, instead of submitting a DNR request. Please mention that you would like to add the reported facility to your DNR list.
Submitting a DNR Addition or Removal Request
You can submit DNR-related requests through the Clipboard Health app in the Help Center. Click “Start a Chat” and select “DNR Request” as the reason for contact.
If you are requesting that a facility be added to your DNR list, please be prepared to cancel any future shifts scheduled at the facility before we process your request, unless you submit the request within 24 hours of completing a shift at the facility in question. A Clipboard Health team member will be able to confirm any Attendance Score deductions that will result from the shift cancellations before placing the DNR.
You may request that facilities be removed from your DNR list if the requested facility has been on your DNR list for at least 90 days. Please note that you can only request the removal of facilities from your own DNR list — you cannot request to be removed from a facility’s DNR list.
